We’re excited to roll out a major feature update to DispatchME, designed to give your department more control, better communication, and increased situational awareness — all in one place.
Here’s what’s new:
• Responder List Customization
Admins can now set how member names and ranks appear. This format is applied across all devices, including station screens.
• Custom Locations
Departments can enter and manage key infrastructure like hydrants, drafting sites, AEDs, boat launches, and more.
• Pre-Incident Plans
Upload and access pre-incident plans directly within DispatchME.
• Standard Operating Guidelines (SOGs)
Store and view your SOGs in-app — always available, always current.
• Events Calendar
Schedule training, meetings, and events. Members receive push and email reminders.
• Message of the Day (MOTD)
Select users can update the station screen’s MOTD from within DispatchME.
• Family Member Notifications
Members can now add or modify family notification settings directly in the app.
• Member Announce
For the first 3 minutes after a dispatch, DispatchME can audibly announce the number of members responding, updating only when the count changes.
• Continuous Notifications
Just like old pagers—members can now enable a repeating push notification every 30 seconds after a dispatch until they set their status.
• Support Tab
Selected users now have access to a new Support tab, including tutorial videos and technical resources for the admin portal.
• Extended Absence Mode
Members can opt out of dispatch notifications while on extended leave or vacation.
